These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of our services, including colour analysis, style analysis, body shape analysis, digital products, and physical products. By booking or using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these T&Cs.

2. Services Provided

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

Personal colour analysis consultations.
Style consultations, including wardrobe advice.
Body shape and proportion analysis.
Customized recommendations for clothing, accessories, and makeup.

We also offer digital products (e.g., eBooks) and physical products (e.g., personalized colour palettes and 100% Mulberry silk scrunchies) to complement our services and enhance your experience.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings for consultations can be made through our website or directly by contacting us.
A deposit payment is required to confirm your in-person booking. Full payment is required for online/digital services.
Accepted payment methods include [credit/debit card, etc.].
For products, payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

a. Client Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion.

b. Rescheduling:

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

c. Consultant Cancellations:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our consultations, refunds are not available once the service has been completed.
Refunds or exchanges for physical products (e.g., scrunchies and colour palettes) are only available for defective items.
Digital products (e.g., eBooks) are non-refundable due to their intangible nature.

6. Disclaimer

The Services provided, including colour analysis, style advice, and body shape analysis, are based on professional training, research, and established methodologies in the fields of colour theory, style consulting, and personal image development.
Colour analysis is not an exact science. Recommendations are designed to enhance your natural beauty and are based on studies and principles aimed at creating harmony between your personal features and colour choices.
To complement the analysis and provide a more assertive result, we utilize an innovative iris analysis method, which examines the patterns and colours of your iris to confirm and refine your seasonal colour classification. This unique technique enhances the accuracy of your colour season identification.
It is important to note that colour perception may vary between individuals due to differences in lighting, materials, and personal interpretation. As such, results may not be universally agreed upon.
We also offer digital products, including free and paid eBooks, designed to enhance your understanding of colour and style principles. These resources are for informational purposes and should be used as guidance alongside professional consultations.
Physical products such as colour palettes and 100% Mulberry silk scrunchies are curated to align with your seasonal colours and enhance your daily styling. Please note that while we strive for high-quality production, colours may vary slightly due to material and manufacturing processes.
We encourage clients to use our recommendations and products as guidance and adapt them to their personal preferences and lifestyle.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Personal information collected during consultations may include your name, contact details, and any preferences or information necessary for providing our services.
Photos taken during the consultation process (e.g., for analysis or reference purposes) will not be shared on social media or any other platform without your explicit written consent.
If you choose to take a photo at the end of your consultation with your colour palette or other materials and provide verbal consent for it to be shared, we may post it on our social media platforms. This verbal consent applies only to that specific photo and can be withdrawn at any time.

b. Data Storage and Protection

Your data will be stored securely and only retained for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

c. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information, including photos, with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
